Our normal processing time is 2-5 working days before orders ship.*

In most cases we ship 1st class Royal Mail larger letter or small parcel.**

If your order goes over 1KG packed weight it will ship 2nd class unless you request and happy to pay the extra for 1st.

Orders coming in over 2kg will be quoted as Parcel force 48.

For international orders we only ship on Royal Mail tracked and recorded regardless of order value.
